NewellRubbermaid, a leading provider of Office Products, Home Decor and Organization, Tools and Cleaning product lines, has been a VM Assist customer since 2002. We've seen them through a number of hardware upgrades, from an IBM z900 to a z990 to a z9. Similarly we've seen them through a number of IBM z/VM upgrades (from z/VM 4.2 through z/VM 5.2) in addition to the implementation of the z/VM Virtual Switch. We've also acted as a guide in their Linux for zSeries implementation with SLES8 and SLES9 running DB2 Connect and various open source software.
